Our Solution Support Analysts are experts in using the xPression and Autograph product suites and are committed to providing comprehensive and efficient support services to help you reach a successful resolution. We want to ensure that you achieve the maximum value from using EMC Document Sciences products in your business.

Worldwide Support:

Contacting Support:

When contacting the Solution Support Center, please have the following information available:

  • Your name, address, telephone number, and extension
  • Your company name and customer ID
  • A detailed description of the problem being encountered, including steps necessary to reproduce the problem
  • The product name, including version number, executable date, platform, and operating system
  • A list of any third party products used, including printer/output devices and/or software applications
  • Applicable Support Case and/or Development AR Numbers
  • Your assessment of the severity of the issue, frequency of occurrence, and the impact on your development activities or production system.

Based on this feedback, our support team will be able to prioritize the incident for resolution.
